Picture 1, tighten up the bigger zip-ties so that the hour meter can be closer to the throttle cables but don't make them too tight since there must be
some room in there for the throttle cables to move around if necessary.
Pictures 2-4, use another zip-tie around the tank's mounting point in order to keep the hour meter from pushing away from the frame.
Pictures 5 & 6, notice that with the handle bar turned all the way to the right, there should still be plenty of room so that it can not hit the hour meter.
