Install the ZipTy fuel screw and tighten it all the way in then back out the screw to your previous setting. The stock setting is 2 1/2 turns out. The best thing to do is start at 2 turns out and adjust 1/4 turn at a time in or out until you get the best throttle response right off idle. If your adjustments require more than 3 1/2 turns out, you'll need to use the next larger size pilot jet (stock is #42). If your adjustments require that the mixture screw is all the way in to get your best throttle response then you should consider going to the next smaller pilot jet.
Notice that the ZipTy fuel screw is designed for easy adjustments for the throttle range from 0 to 1/4 throttle, this area of the throttle range is key for making your bike easy to start. If you ride in varying altitudes, the ZipTy fuel screw is highly recommended for fast adjustments as necessary.
